SHIPPING
How long does it takes to ship?
Please allow 7-14 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure your package arrives within the specified time, please make sure the delivery address is entered in correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, building, and apartment numbers are crucial for ensuring timely deliveries. PWRD BY LOVE will not be held liable for any shipping discrepancies including lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages.
"I received an email saying my order is on the way but my tracking number shows the item has not yet been picked up?"
As we print orders we also print shipping labels. Once a customers order is printed they will automatically receive an email with their tracking number. The tracking info will not update until USPS has scanned and processed the packaged into their system.
"My order says delivered but I Haven't received anything yet?"
Once packages have left our HQ it is in the hands of USPS and we no longer have control of the package. In most cases, USPS has prematurely marked the package as delivered and it will be delivered later that day or the following day. Please allow 1-2 business days to ensure USPS is not trying to delivery the package. In the event you still have not received your package you should contact your local Post Office as PWRD BY LOVE is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrect address deliveries.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
What's your refund policy for returns?
All return/exchange request must be made via email to our customer service department within 7 days of the customer receiving their order. Returns/exchanges will not be processed until the item(s) are received back at our HQ. Only items that have been unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and original packaging can be returned/exchanged. All refunds will be issued as store credit that can be used towards future purchases. For all return/exchange request please email customer service at support@pwrdbylove.com.
"I received a different item then what I ordered, How can this be corrected?"
If customers received a different item from what they ordered. Please contact our customer service immediately to start an exchange for the correct item. Once we receive the incorrect item back at HQ we will then send out the correct order. Please be prepared to send a photo of the incorrect item for our records.
